To commemorate World Yoga Day (June 21st) in advance, @sdmca_jainuniversity in collaboration with @departmentofayushkarnataka organised ‘Yogotsava’ – a one-day art workshop at their sprawling campus at Yelahanka yesterday.

With Yoga as a primary theme, ~30 artists poured their creativity on canvas. I did an impromptu painting which I call ‘Elevation’ using only blue and white color hues. @kokuyo.camlin paints on 18” by 18” canvas.

Representatives from @departmentofayushkarnatakahighlighted the event and also conducted a yoga session to treat occupational hazards such as back pain, and neck and shoulder discomfort.

The college is beautifully designed with airy and spacious classrooms and wide corridors. Natural sunlight and ventilation filled each area and corner. I wish I could go back to college and study. 🙂
