I was always intrigued, baffled and curious about Abstract art. Unlike portraits or contemporary artworks that have a definite shape and size to be created, abstract art is more like an exploration. For someone like me who has always created definite forms and shapes all my life, approaching abstract was tough.

But I treaded on and let my palette knife do the talking and there you have ‘Raindrops’.

I have learnt one thing till date about abstract art – the painting evolves as you keep painting and that’s the joy of creating one.
