Inspired by Rajasthani paintings, specially of Bani Thani, I started this painting in Jan 2021. It was something out of my league and the usual artworks that I create. But I wanted to go ahead and create this in my own style. Well, the challenges were many.

Intricate detailing, colour combinations, long breaks in between and constant lack of motivation. I had to motivate myself harder to finish this.

No wonder it took almost 4.5 months for me to finish this. It’s my first step towards a different form of art exploration. 😊
