Clifford Lee Burton or Cliff Burton was a Bass Guitarist for Metallica from 1982 till 1986 before his tragic death due to a bus mishap. He was a lead guitarist in the body of a bass guitarist, a one of a kind who played lead solos for many famous Metallica songs. Orion, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Anaesthesia (Pulling Teeth) and much more. His bass playing skills was the reason he was in the band and contributed immensely to the initial four albums, Kill ’em All, Ride the Lightning, And Justice for All and Master of Puppets.
